Tangela is an experienced legal professional with more than 10 years of experience supporting attorneys and legal teams across litigation, employment law, personal injury, government, and legal operations. Her background includes managing complex caseloads, drafting pleadings and discovery, conducting legal research, coordinating litigation matters, preparing cases for depositions and trial, and supporting attorneys throughout all stages of litigation.

Prior to joining ELS, Tangela served in senior paralegal and legal support roles in both the public and private sectors, including the City of Atlanta Department of Law and DeKalb County School District. Her professional experience also includes legal operations, case management, and entrepreneurship as the founder of Divine Legal Group, LLC, where she provided freelance paralegal support. Tangela is passionate about employment law and continuing to expand her knowledge in the practice while providing organized, proactive, and client-focused support.

Tangela is equally passionate about mentorship and community engagement. She has served as a youth mentor and enjoys encouraging aspiring and fellow legal professionals in their educational and professional development. A Savannah native and Atlanta resident, Tangela is a proud dog mom who enjoys roller skating, spoken word, traveling, networking, and spending time with family and friends.
