Carla Holmes (she/her) is a Senior Paralegal.

She is a seasoned Litigation Paralegal with over 20 years of experience in various aspects of law, with a strong focus on employment law. As a senior paralegal, she conducts pre-claim investigations, performs legal research, and drafts pleadings related to employment law cases. Carla is a former Legal Researcher for an International Firm where she negotiated and drafted NFL Player Contracts and has previously served as a Paralegal Manager, where she oversaw paralegal staff and managed case preparations, ensuring adherence to employment law standards. Her expertise includes analyzing medical and employment records and preparing attorneys for depositions and trials in labor and employment cases. Carla’s meticulous approach to case management and her ability to summarize complex information are invaluable assets in her legal practice. In addition to her professional achievements, Carla is committed to community service and enjoys reading, gardening, and volunteering.
