Mystical Studaway has more than 20 years of experience in the legal industry. She most recently worked as a litigation paralegal. Mystical earned a B.S. in Criminal Justice and an A.A. in Spanish from Georgia State University as well as a certification in Paralegal Studies from Clayton State University. Additionally, she attended John Marshall Law School. While in law school, she earned a certification in General Civil Mediation. Mystical is a notary public and recently obtained her adjuster licenses in six states.

Mystical is active in several bar associations and non-profit organizations. She has been a proud member of the Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys (GABWA) since 2006 serving in various leadership capacities, including currently serving as Chair of the Community Service Committee. Mystical also serves on the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers (GAWL) Board as co-chair of the Communications Committee and on the GAWL Foundation Board of Directors as President-Elect and Co-Chair of the Community Service Committee. She was awarded the Committee Star Award for Community Service in 2021. Additionally, she is the Secretary of the Build the Life You Want Foundation, a member of the Paralegal Sections of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and Gate City Bar Association.

Mystical is originally from Jackson, MS and grew up in Marietta, GA. She has a heart for service and loves animals, children, and the elderly. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with loved ones, attending poetry readings, comedy shows, concerts, and plays.
