• ELS is a certified woman and minority owned employment boutique based in Atlanta, Georgia.
• ELS is a team who works toward fulfilling the firm’s mission to use our unique professional and personal experiences to (1) create solution-oriented partnerships with our clients; (2) cultivate a dynamic, fulfilled team; and (3) elevate the standard of service and leadership in the community. 

Our pipeline work starts with high school students engaged in the Georgia High School Mock Trial Competition & the LIWOCA Pipeline Project. Our outreach on the college level focuses on engagement with pre-law students at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) in Atlanta. We nurture diverse law students through our summer associate and judicial law clerk programs. We support new lawyers with employment and developmental opportunities to give them the experience and confidence they need to excel. We are hands-on, devoting our talent, time, and treasures to these efforts.
