Diversity and Inclusion in the Law Training is the most recent segment of the Atlanta Legal Aid‘s 2019 Summer Pro Bono Certificate Series. The training included a panel of speakers discussing the importance of diversity and inclusion in the legal field. Moderated by Jamala S. McFadden, (The Employment Law Solution and current Legal Aid Board President) the panel included Charlotte Combre (Partner at Baker Hostetler and Chair of Baker Hostetler’s Diversity Committee), Veronica Young Davis (Senior Legal Counsel at AT&T and cochair of AT&T’s Legal Diversity Committee), and Sarah White (Senior Attorney and Director of the Clayton Family Advocacy Office at Atlanta Legal Aid and cochair of the diversity committee at Atlanta Legal Aid).
