 Tennille Hoover, Esq., SPHR, is a management-side employment law attorney with The Employment Law Solution: McFadden Davis, LLC. She uses her experience as both an employment law litigator and former human resources director to provide practical solutions to workforce problems and to avoid costly litigation.

Tennille has designed her practice to handle all aspects of her clients’ employment law issues, from litigation, to investigations, to training and day-to-day advice. She has advised, trained, and successfully defended employers in the areas of employment discrimination, disability accommodations, family and medical leave, employee recruitment and separation, and wage and hour. She assists clients with drafting and reviewing employment-related documents such as employment contracts and employee handbooks.

With respect to litigation defense, Tennille has successfully defended employers in state and federal court against actions brought by current and former employees in federal and state courts, as well as the Department of Justice, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and other administrative agencies. And she has performed complex investigations for private, governmental, and educational organizations.

Outside of the office, Tennille is actively engaged in the community as a member of Atlanta Legal Aid Society’s Advisory Committee and a member of the Professional Development Committee of the Atlanta Chapter of the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources (NAAAHR-Atlanta). She is also a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

Tennille graduated summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from Spelman College. She earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Minnesota Law School, where she served as President of the Black Law Students Association and as Editor-in-Chief of Law and Inequality: A Journal of Theory and Practice.

Tennille is a 2020 Super Lawyers Rising Star. She is certified as a Title IX Investigator, a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, and a Senior Professional in Human Resources.
