Rainét N. Spence is an Attorney at ELS who focuses her practice on Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act. She has experience defending Agency charges and attorney demand letters nationwide on behalf of a Fortune 100 Company. Prior to joining the firm, her experiences included pre-trial investigations, preparing trial documents, and witness preparation.

Rainét earned her law degree at the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. During her time there she served as the Manager Editor of the 58th Volume of Family Court Review, President of the Black Law Students Association, and a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. Rainét is published in the 58th Volume of the Family Court Review. Her note is titled, Saved by the Bell: Reclaiming Home Court Advantage for At-Risk Youth Funneled Into the School-to-Prison Pipeline. Rainét was also a judicial intern for the Honorable Eileen Bransten of the New York County, Supreme Court, Commercial Division and was a student attorney with the Community and Economic Development Clinic at Hofstra.
