Antoinette J. Trott is an attorney with ELS. She earned her law degree from Emory University School of Law, and her bachelor’s degree from Hampton University. Although Antoinette is a newer attorney, she has centered her practical experience in law school to prepare her for the practice of employment law. Antoinette has taken courses such as: Employment Law, Employment Discrimination Lab, Mediation Advocacy, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Deal Skills. Additionally, Antoinette earned a Transactional Law Certificate from Emory Law. Moreover, Antoinette has had several employment law internships including an internship with a Fortune 150 Company.

While in law school, Antoinette also served as the Symposium Editor of the Charlotte Intellectual Property Journal and on the executive board of the Black Law Students Association as the BLSA Banquet Chair.

Before becoming as Associate at ELS, Antoinette was a Fellow with the Atlanta Legal Aid Society.

  • Successfully defended EEOC charges, and Attorney Demand Letters made against a Fortune 100 Company.
  • Successfully represented indigent clients in consumer, landlord tenant, social security, and education issues.
