Biography

Genesis Moore is an Associate at Employment Law Solutions (“ELS”), where she focuses her practice on employment litigation and workplace disputes. Genesis represents employees in matters involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, disability accommodations, leave, and other employment-related claims. She brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to each matter and works closely with clients to understand their experiences, identify effective legal strategies, and pursue meaningful results.

At ELS, Genesis works with clients from the early stages of a potential claim through litigation. Her experience includes investigating workplace disputes, preparing EEOC charges and other agency submissions, drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, managing written discovery, analyzing employment and personnel records, preparing for depositions, and developing litigation strategy. Her legal education and experience have reinforced her commitment to thoughtful advocacy, careful preparation, and helping clients navigate complex workplace issues with clarity, confidence, and practical legal guidance.

Outside of her legal practice, Genesis enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, exploring Atlanta’s food and music scenes, line dancing, and collecting vinyl records. She also enjoys spending time with her three children and her dogs, Lucky, Cash, and Mercy.

Representative Experience

Before joining ELS, she practiced at an Am Law 100 defense firm, where she handled complex litigation matters and developed substantial experience in legal research, written advocacy, discovery, document review, factual investigation, and case management. She subsequently practiced at a plaintiff-side employment law firm, where she represented employees in disputes involving discrimination, retaliation, disability, leave, and other workplace issues. Her experience on both sides of employment disputes gives Genesis a valuable perspective on how employers, employees, and opposing counsel evaluate and approach workplace claims.
