The Employment Law Solution: McFadden Davis, LLC is a boutique employment law firm.
ELS offers a suite of employment law services that include advice and counseling, representation in litigation and agency matters, management and staff trainings, workplace investigations, drafting and review of employment policies and agreements, facilitating employee transitions, and subject-matter expertise in transactional matters.
ELS focuses on serving business clients. We learn our clients’ business, business objectives, and corporate culture. We partner with our clients to provide results-oriented employment law services that are aligned with those business fundamentals. We offer proactive strategies that are designed to minimize litigation and disruption to the business. We also provide efficient solutions when adversarial proceedings are unavoidable. Utilizing our expertise – proactively and defensively – provides better protection of a company’s bottom line.
ELS clients enjoy the benefit of our partners’ large law firm experience and high-quality service without the large firm rates. As a smaller firm, ELS provides clients with cost effective, “hands on” service by dedicated attorneys with substantial experience and expertise.
As employment law advisors and litigators, we rely on decades of combined experience in all aspects of employment law matters. Our legal training began at the nation’s top law schools where our partners served as law review editors and leaders of student groups. Our partners’ experience as law clerks to federal judges gave us the unique opportunity to observe how judges handle employment law and other litigation matters. During our respective tenures at large law firms, we advised and represented Fortune 500 companies throughout the country and served as go-to employment counsel for midsize companies. On behalf of the EEOC and in private practice with smaller firms, we have gained significant experience advising and representing individuals pursuing employment discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims.
ELS is a woman and minority-owned law firm certified by the Georgia Minority Supplier Development Council (GMSDC), National Association of Minority and Woman Owned Law Firms (NAMWOLF), and the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).
